Hotel and villa booking
Direct contracts with hotels in Mui Ne, Phan Thiet and along the coast — 3★ to 5★ plus villas for large families and companies. Group rates, room blocks for arrivals, guaranteed availability in high season.

MICE and corporate events
Conferences, dealer meetings, incentive trips and team-building. We select the venue and hotel, run the logistics and build a programme with activities on the dunes, at sea and in the mountains.

Group transport
Minibuses and coaches from 7 to 45 seats with driver — transfers from Ho Chi Minh City, Cam Ranh and Da Lat airports, intercity journeys, hire by the day or week. We inspect every vehicle ourselves.

We send priced options as a PDF — hotels, transport, programme — and revise until it fits.
Contract and payment
Contract with a licensed Vietnamese tour operator, invoice, deposit. Vouchers and hotel confirmations by email.
On-the-ground support
Airport meet-and-greet, a coordinator in touch for the whole stay. Closing documents afterwards.
Signature tours, transfers and tailor-made itineraries
Small groups of 8–12, routes we have driven ourselves, and a guide with you every kilometre. Tours are operated by BG Vietnam Travel, so the contract, voucher and paperwork are the same as with any large operator.
